Something wrong with a memory, message or person?

Tap the ⋯ menu on a memory, press and hold a chat message, or open someone's profile, and choose Report or Block. Reports go straight to our moderators and are reviewed within 24 hours. Blocking someone removes them from your friends and stops them from finding you, messaging you or adding you to capsules.

Safety, removal and legal requests

Need an intimate image of you or your child taken down, worried a child is at risk, or have a copyright, privacy or law-enforcement request? Use the safety and removal form — no account needed. Intimate-image removals are handled within 48 hours. In an emergency, call 911.

Delete your account

In the app: You tab → Account & security → Delete my account. Your profile, login, friend list, chats and everything you added are deleted — unless you choose to leave what you added to group capsules for your friends. Can't get into the app? Use the contact form. Details are in the privacy policy.

Message us on Instagram or TikTok from the account's owner and we'll help you get back in.
