Safety, removal and contact
No account needed. We read every request.
In danger right now? Call 911.
Thinking about suicide or self-harm, or worried about a friend? Call or text 988 any time (US).
Child sexual exploitation can also be reported straight to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org,
and Take It Down helps remove intimate images of people under 18 from many apps at once.
Use this form to ask us to remove an intimate image of you (or your child) that was shared without consent, to raise a child-safety concern, or for anything else — a copyright notice, a privacy or data request, a parent's request, an account you can't get into, or a request from law enforcement. If you have the app, you can also report anything from inside it (⋯ → Report).
What happens next
- A moderator reviews it — the same day for anything urgent.
- If something breaks our Community Rules, we remove it — even from a capsule that hasn't opened yet — and may ban the account.
- Apparent child sexual exploitation is reported to NCMEC, as US law requires.
- We may contact you if we need more information.
